Our Booking Process

  • Start by filling out our enquiry form! Pop in your wedding date, venue, and any inspo you’ve got. We’ll check our availability and get back to you asap.

  • If your date’s free (yay!), we’ll send you our wedding questionnaire to learn more about your vision, you’ll also get our Price Guide.
    If you want to chat, we can also book a free 30-minute phone consultation to talk ideas, budgets and all things floral.

  • Once we’ve got your questionnaire, we’ll create a personalised quote just for you, including a visual mood board to help you picture the vibe.
    We’re happy to tweak anything - no pressure, no fluff, just helpful advice to make the most of your budget and your flowers.

  • Once you're happy with everything!  We’ll send you our terms and conditions to sign and an invoice for your 20% non-refundable deposit.
    Your proposal is valid for 30 days, and we’ll hold your date for 7 days once it’s sent. Once your deposit is in, your spot is officially booked!

  • About 5 - 7 weeks before your wedding, we’ll check in to finalise everything - vibe, colours, quantities, delivery details, all of it.
    Find new inspo along the way? Send it through anytime! Your final payment is due 2 weeks before the big day.

  • It’s the big day!  Depending on the timing and location we’ll deliver your personal florals first (think bouquets and buttonholes), then head to your venue to set everything up just right. 

    We’re just as excited as you are to see your wedding florals come to life! Don’t forget to send us your favourite photos and a little love note after the day, we’d love to share them on our socials!
